Resale

Resale is absolutely NOT permitted on third-party selling platforms like Amazon, Etsy, or Facebook Marketplace. Resale is only permitted in-person and/or on a retailer’s independent website.

Order Minimums

Minimum Opening Order/Reorder: $100 USD (before shipping costs)

Minimum Quantities: 3 pieces in the same style/pattern must be ordered per product

Payments Accepted

Payments will be processed exclusively through our website or Faire.

Fulfillment Times

Our fulfillment time for wholesale orders ranges from 1-5 business days. If your order requires special attention - like additional packaging or barcoding - that could extend our fulfillment time on your order. 

If you need an order expedited, we are usually able to accommodate that—please email wholesale@elysebreannedesign.com to request expedited fulfillment.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. If your order is damaged in transit or you received defective items, we are committed to replacing those so that you receive the entirety of your order in good condition. To have your order/items replaced, please email wholesale@elysebreannedesign.com with images of the damaged or defective items.

If you order through our Faire page, you may be able to make a return through Faire and should contact them directly: support@faire.com.

Packaging

All items should be displayed and sold in their original packaging. All items packaged as sets must be sold as sets. Removing items from their original packaging or breaking up sets may result in denial of future orders. The only exception to this policy is our keychains, which may be removed from their packaging to be hung on hooks.

Photo Usage

Retailers are permitted to use our product photography for their own websites and social media channels. If you choose to do this, we ask that you provide attribution to @elysebreannedesign for all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest, and @elysebreanne on Twitter). Failure to provide attribution may result in denial of future orders and in some cases, filing DMCA copyright takedowns.

Photos may be downloaded directly from our website listings for use ONLY by our retailers.

Please also note that failing to provide attribution can hurt both Elyse Breanne Design and the retailer’s reputation. In the past, we have had online followers find EBD items on retailers’ social media pages and then message us to let us know that this retailer is stealing EBD designs or product photography. To avoid this, we ask for clear and visible attribution when using EBD product photography.

Buyers in most European countries are currently able to order EBD products through my Faire storefront: elysebreannedesign.faire.com.

Countries supported by Faire include: the United States, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the U.K.

Please note that lead times are longer for international orders and shipping can take up to 6 weeks with current global supply chain issues.
